How much money do I need to bring to closing?
The answer to this question depends on the type of transaction you have.
a.) If you are paying cash for your real estate
purchase, we can probably tell you the amount required for closing soon after obtaining your file and determining a closing date.
b.) If you have a lender or a loan, we probably will not be able to provide the amount required for closing until your lender provides the closing date and their fees. This usually will occur closer to closing date.
